Tasting Notes
A traditional pale ale brewed with Chevallier malt, Target and Goldings hops, fermented in a wooden foeder to help capture the robust and yet elegant beers of the past. The first sip reveals a rich, malty base of biscuit and toffee, a little floral spice and bitterness before the gentle vanilla and tannins form the oak leave you wanting more.
